Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the MyBasketball app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyBasketball.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MyBasketball application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
The app is designed for basketball players aged 9 and over, including seniors aged 65+. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and use the service.
3. Membership Plans
Membership levels and indicative prices may be displayed in the app. Checkout is not currently enabled, and no payment is taken through MyBasketball at this stage.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment processing, recurring billing and cancellation terms will be added only after the payment provider, final prices and customer terms are approved. The current app does not collect card information.
5. Trials
Any pilot or trial access is granted manually and may be limited by dates or features. Public trial terms will be confirmed before paid memberships launch.
6. Refund Policy
A refund and cancellation policy will be published before paid checkout is enabled. For current pilot-access questions, contact support@coachb.com.
7. User Content
By submitting practice videos, you grant MyBasketball a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing coaching feedback. Videos are not used for marketing without explicit consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. You must not share account credentials, attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All training content, videos, diagrams, and materials within the app are the intellectual property of MyBasketball. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
MyBasketball provides training content for educational purposes. Always consult a medical professional before beginning a new fitness programme. We are not liable for injuries resulting from training activities.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time via Settings > Delete Account.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
